Spradley & Riesmeyer has developed consider­able expertise in representing both appealing and defending parties in appeals of all types of litigation.  Our lawyers have briefed and argued appeals in numerous appellate courts in Missouri and Kansas, as well as the United States courts of appeals for the eighth and tenth circuits, many of which have resulted in rulings either further developing existing law, or creating new law altogether.
