Spradley & Riesmeyer has developed a comprehensive real estate practice with experience in both real estate disputes and commercial real estate transactions.  In both areas, we represent developers, general contractors, owners, subcontractors, lenders, borrowers, architects, brokers, landlords, and commercial tenants.  The expertise we have developed in this area has enabled us to assist clients in sales and acquisitions, construction and design contracts, development contracts, foreclosures, mechanic's liens, commercial leases, purchase and sale contracts, condemnation, financing, loan documentation and resolution of disputes and problems in all such areas through negotiation, arbitration and/or litigation.  Representative commercial real estate transactions which we have handled include shopping center development, golf course development, sale of a hospital, office and warehouse leasing, expansion of facilities for not-for-profit organizations, long-term ground leases, underground storage leases, and numerous sales, acquisitions, leases and exchanges of commercial and industrial facilities.  We also represent several large apartment management companies regarding landlord-tenant disputes.
