William P. Denning, born in Clinton, Missouri, September 30, 1974, has been with Spradley & Riesmeyer since October 2002. Admitted to practice in both Missouri and Kansas, William primarily practices in the area of civil litigation.  William grew up in Nevada, Missouri, and obtained his undergraduate degree in Education at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas.  William graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2003 where he was a member of Law Review and Urban Lawyer as well as being a member of the National Moot Court and the National Trial Advocacy Teams.  William is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association; The Missouri Bar; Lawyers Association of Kansas City, Kansas Bar Association and the Ross T. Roberts Inn of Court. 

 

Recognition and Awards:  2003 Recipient of UMKC’s Thomas E. Deacy Trail Practice Award and John L. Sheridan Appellate Advocate Award.  William was also recognized as the best oral advocate in the finals of the 2002 regional moot court competition.
